Prepare accepted papers and publication metadata in SETCMS, then request a separate SETSCI proceedings proposal. Publication, DOI services, indexing and related fees are not automatically included in a SETCMS platform plan.

No. Each annual edition is priced separately under per-conference plans. For example, AICCONF 2027 and AICCONF 2028 are separate editions. Additional editions require an agreed allocation; creating an account or paying participant registration fees does not renew a platform allowance.
Hosting, support and archive retention periods must be confirmed in your agreement. A per-edition price does not promise lifetime hosting.
Published amounts are shown in USD with their pricing period. Plans without a published amount are marked Request a quote.
No. Creating an account does not start a paid SETCMS subscription or establish a platform price.
No. Conference module settings and any assigned package determine availability. Confirm the scope before relying on a module.
Use the registration workspace for your conference. Those fees are set by its organizer and are separate from SETCMS platform pricing.
No. SETSCI proceedings publishing is an optional service with a separate proposal, eligibility review, scope and commercial agreement.
No. A logistics request reserves available inventory for organizer review and records a quote. It does not automatically charge a payment method or book an external provider.
Provider credentials and supported workflows must be configured separately. Native IEEE capability is not implied by selecting a package; external or manual workflows may apply.
