SETCMS manages the operational record of a conference. SETSCI Conference Proceedings provides a separate route for publishing eligible conference outputs.

Finish the configured review rounds, record the final decision and release the appropriate author-facing feedback.

Check publication metadata
Review titles, abstracts, keywords, author order, affiliations, countries and identifiers before handoff.

Agree the publishing scope
The organizer and SETSCI separately confirm eligibility, editorial responsibilities, schedule, deliverables and commercial terms.

Publish and connect
When publication is complete, add the proceedings, DOI and indexing links to the public conference record in SETCMS.

A SETCMS plan does not automatically include SETSCI publication, DOI assignment, indexing or acceptance. These depend on a separate proposal, eligibility review and written publishing terms.
Before relying on publication, confirm:
- Which papers and document types are eligible
- Editorial and peer-review responsibilities
- Fees, deadlines and required file formats
- Identifiers, indexing claims and delivery dates
